 Oxygen for WinRAR Release

Last week I announced that I have been working on a Oxygen theme for WinRAR. Although I predicted last week that I may finish the theme in a few days, I have been delayed. For this, I apologize. :D

However, this theme is now complete. It is a 48×48 px WinRAR theme. Again, the icons are by KDE and the theme is simply a compilation of the icons into a WinRAR theme.

This is great~

I wanted a new winrar theme anyways, since my old one was very. . . Plain. I use winrar a lot so it will be refreshing to see something new now :)
